from the press release:
'Singing "God Bless America" and "The Star Spangled Banner" is Tony Award-winning Broadway star Kristin Chenoweth ("Wicked," "You're A Good Man Charlie Brown"). Chenoweth had a recurring role on TV's "The West Wing" and some of her film credits include "R.V.," "Running With Scissors," "Stranger Than Fiction," "The Pink Panther," and "Bewitched." Chenoweth also has recorded two albums, "Let Yourself Go," and "As I Am."
Following the anthem will be a flyover by a B2 Stealth Bomber, supported by the 509th BW Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri. '
Dodger's Press Release
I just clicked on the link and the press release is from July 22, 2005. So apparently she sang the national anthem last year on the 30th of July. Also this year the 30th is a Saturday. But I was really excited there for a little bit.
nope..I'll try and post it again..she's singing Monday the 3rd of April at Opening Day

When I saw her in concert last month she thanked everyone for making her feel welcome in "her new home", Los Angeles. I guess she really is a part of LA now. Good for her.
