She was adorable.. She sang a country song cover and Katie asked if she would ever come back to "WICKED".. she said if her schedule allowed it and she has hopes of doing the film version.

Didn't she say in the BWW interview she was done with Glinda?
I don't understand why she always puts the "hope" out there. But I always don't understand why everyone always asks her that same question either.

I don't think she'd ever go back to the Broadway Wicked, but the film is a whole different story. If her and Idina could still pull off playing college age women by the time this film actually gets made, I think they'll both be in it.

Sports, the segment was on around 8:45, but Katie and Matt talked about her and showed the Popular clip at the beginning of the 8:30 half hour. She sang It Will Be Me, the same song she did on CBS Early Show on April 5. Her chit chat with Katie was cute, and they repeated the Popular clip. Updated On: 4/11/05 at 01:27 PM

Spooky--I know what you mean, after she left it was all, she'll come back and do it again eventually, last week she says she's done with it. Which is it?

This is sooo obnoxious. The website said she would be on in the last hour, so I didn't tape it before nine!!! Gaahhh! The Today Show hates me!!!!

Why wouldn't she go back to Wicked? I don't think "Chenoweth and Menzel" has quite the same ring as "Broderick and Lane," but if Wicked ticket sales ever start to flag a bit those two could make a similar comeback.

Elphie I almost made the same mistake. Kristen was the last thing listed during the 7-9am slot. The (9-10am) was right after her name so it made it look like that was when she would be on. Sorry you missed it. If I were smart enough to get a VHS recording onto my computer, I would gladly share.

But she is supposed to do Letterman tonight. And the video of her Early Show performance is on the CBS website. That ought to be enough Cheno for one day!

Yeah, I know. It's just annoying because during my spring break I got up at 7:00 am TWICE to see her on the Today show, and she wasn't on either time! I guess you could say I'm a bit bitter...
I am definitely going to tape Letterman tonight.
