The L.A. version of the Tony Awards announced nominees today. DeafWest's SPRING AWAKENING took in the most nominations, and La Mirada's production of CARRIE also raked in a healthy handful. Both productions are finding future life beyond Los Angeles and its nice to see L.A. critics and audiences nurturing such innovative theatre stagings.
