Im sorry if this has been discussed already but who is rumored to play the popular one in LA?

I already have heard the Eden And Ana Rumors

Oh dear... Not trying to be rude, but can't we just post all the rumors in one thread instead of each one for Glinda and Elphaba?

Oh, and when you mean by Eden and Ana, do you mean that you've heard a rumor that they're going to play Glinda?

I wonder if they will try to get Kristin Chenoweth to do it, because she is already living in LA and maybe they could fit it into her schedule?? Just an idea...

Sadly, Glinda isn't a role that "fits into her schedule." It's a very demanding role that takes up a lot of time.

I think Kristin is pretty happy with doing some movies right now, theatre doesn't seem to be her cup of tea right now

On the contrary, Kristin recently said that she is looking to get back into theater, so don't doubt seeing her back on Broadway in the near future.

However, all that aside, will she be reprising the role of Glinda? No.

As much as I'd like to see Megan have sucess in this leg of the show, I wish that she's originate her Vanities role off-Broadway. I just don't want to see a great actress stuck in a role like Glinda. After all, she did play Queenie in The Wild Party.
