LITTLE WOMEN and the "Sutton"

Ok, I said I would go and judge this "Sutton" person based on her performance rather than the website sound clips. If I go on Wed. afternoon will she be there? Is the entire official cast scheduled for all performances?

re: LITTLE WOMEN and the 'Sutton'

since the show just opened i'm sure this "Sutton" person, that "McGovern" woman and "that whole cast" will be there performing their little tushies off.

Ok, I will go see the show on Wed. afternoon. Is it anythign like that PIRATES OF PENZANCE show I saw this weekend about virgins?

re: LITTLE WOMEN and the 'Sutton'

yes it is bronxboundexpress..it even has a couple of pirates in it. there's also a sinking ship and Maureen McGovern sings the show stopper: "The Morning After".

Hope this helped. re: LITTLE WOMEN and the 'Sutton'

Well, "this Sutton woman" should be there unless she is sick, has an emergency, or is on a scheduled vacation (which you can find off her official website). So, unless she is/has one of those things or has a prior engagement, then she should be there working her "tushie" off. re: LITTLE WOMEN and the 'Sutton'

Have fun. re: LITTLE WOMEN and the 'Sutton'

If you saw the link I posted on Saturday, Maureen will be out for this Saturday's evening show. Other than that, she should be there, as should Sutton.

re: LITTLE WOMEN and the 'Sutton'

Thank you. Just kidding about PIRATES. I have never seen a show where every character on stage was a virgin. Wish me luck everyone. I will be seeing this show on Wed. Hopefully I won't have to cover my ears too many times when the "Sutton" is talking or vocalizing. I promise I will go in with an open mind and wait intil the end to judge.

re: LITTLE WOMEN and the 'Sutton'

there is only one line in the whole play where you might want to cover your ears from the "sutton"... other than that one line (and i'm sure you can guess they lyric and which song) she is very well controlled vocally... very reserved, which is really nice... most of the reviews said the score is old fashioned and so so is her vocalizing... it's only that one line where she's ready to challenge the world does she actually challenge the musical style... which personally i thought was a great choice by both composer and performer...

Good for you Bronx! I'm glad you are going to give her a fair chance. Be sure to post all about it!
