Don't worry, no spoilers.

I searched and it appears that no one has really written anything about this show. I won't try and make myself appear to be a grand or even mediocre critic, but I will put a plug in for this one. The tickets are only $15 and the show is extending a week so far, so be sure and catch this one at the Signature theatre.

The show is beautiful, poignant, funny, and sometimes a little confusing...but I loved it-twice! If you are not a fan or Guare's plays, then you may not enjoy this one, but it's so cheap I think you should at least try it! Standouts are, of course, Sherie Renee Scott and Lili Taylor. Getting to hear Sherie sing several times could give anyone the chills! The kids in the show are also quite good as they play a huge role in the plot. Actually, the whole cast gels very well. Also, the small space of the Signature Theatre makes it a very intimate and enjoyable setting.

So, I guess this isn't really a good review or anything of the sort, but I want to encourage people that are not yet planning on seeing this one to make it a priority. Once it comes out of previews I am sure it will be even tighter and consequently more moving as a peice of art.

I didn't know this was running already... where is it? And is Paul Iacono in it?

It's at the Peter Norton Space on 42nd, between 10th and 11th. Paul Iacono is in it.

And yes, this is one of the most brilliant productions I have seen in a very long time. Lili Taylor and Sherie Rene Scott give two of the best performances I've ever seen. The staging by Michael Greif is beautiful and Guare's songs are funny and touching. A must see show.

I know that it's a small theatre.

How is the last row of the theatre? I was offer the choice between front row but the first seat on the right and the last row on the left. I decided to go with last row. Now, I'm not sure if I make the right decision.

Thanks.

You made the right decision. It's a very small house, and too close can reduce your enjoyment, actually. I saw BOUNTIFUL from the first row center, and though it was at times mesmerizing to see Ms. Smith's performance up close and personal, the experience was slightly unnerving in the opening scenes, when they were inches away. You become very self-conscious, feeling afraid to cross your legs/feet. It's always a call in these small houses.

I'm very looking forward to this as well although I'm not sure if I will get all of it.

I have to thank to all people, who make it possible to see this show for $15. I think the National Endowment for the Arts supports it.
