Pretty Descent! Its hard to describe bec. its not a proscenium stage.

The Le Reve stage are rounded- I sat 20 rows from the front. I wish I sat further bec. the chlorine is very strong.. I think I paid about $70.00- its a horrible show...btw!

Cirque de Soleil Zumanity- its a proscenium stage and its very trust like stage.. its still rounded...but half the circle....I paid about $80.00- its okay show... I like the band on the stage going up and down.. and they have this (REnt like ) stairs- structure where performers go up and down...and there's performers going to the audience giving us strawberry... its a weird show... there's an emcee- guy in a drag!

I really wanted to see Cirque de Soleil O & KA shows...but its not on the booth that day..there's a lot of shows...mostly stand-up comedy & female strip shows-that would not interest me at all! lol!

I was actually looking for Phantom at the Venetian, but when we where there in 2006- it just open and not on ticket booth... its like $125.00 and I paying for a show that's 90 minutes!

There's two booths on LAS VEGAS AVENUE (the strip) one by the International mall and another across the Bellagio.

and if youre from the NorthEast (like most of us) DO NOT WALK the strip...even if it looks walkable (like NYC or Boston) its not walkable... I walked from the Sahara to Luxor and wow! that was a long walk... it looks close but its very looooooong street...my back hurts the next day- considering I run 7 miles a day. The concrete sidewalks are very hard on your back.. Take the Deuce!

LOL, it's Las Vegas Blvd. The mall is Fashion Show Mall.

There are lots of locations on the strip, I'd look them up on the internet. They're called Tix4Tonight and here are their locations: http://www.tix4tonight.com/locations.html . None are across from Bellagio (Paris and Bally's are across from the B, and there are no discount places in front of them AFAIK). There's another brand (tix4less or something) but I can't find it.

I've found the selection at these places mediocre. They're usually only 20 or 30 percent off, and they carry ticketmaster-like fees ($6/ticket, plus an order charge I believe). That website I gave you has a coupon for $2 off the service charge I believe.

There are some nice shows you can get (daytime comedies, etc.) for a decent amount off, but for the big shows it's not great. And if you live near NY, I wouldn't see a Broadway show--they're usually 90 minute stripped-down versions.

Good luck!

Also, the walk jaystarr described is the entire length of the Las Vegas Strip--probably about 4 miles. He's right that stuff is much further away than it looks because everything is so huge. But I think walking the strip (leisurely, going into the properties) is the best way to enjoy LV, moreso than taking a shuttle/cab from location to location. Spread your time out among the properties, use their architecture as entertainment (cheaper than gambling, too!).

www.tix4tonight.com/- Tix4tonight has 5 locations

http://www.tickets2nite.com/ - Tickets2nite only has one location, but is more convenient because you can order tickets over the phone.

Contact the Venetian box office for $40 off ticket price. Not sure if that includes the cheap seats. Use the discount code POTO BLAST or PHANTOM BLAST. Also BroadwayBox has the $40 discount for PHANTOM usually and the discount ticket box office may also have it. You can order the Phantom tickets in advance with the discount.

I think this is all mentioned in the Las Vegas section and on that message board. Sorry I do not have BroadwayBox Website address. You can get it on ATC. Also, there is another ticket agency where you can get advance tickets. But I would try the Venetain Box office first.

Yours,

Carolyn

I was there a couple weeks ago, they have a lot of variety shows, magic shows, and comedy shows at the booths, some bway (Mamma Mia and Phantom were both up), only a couple of big ticket things such as Cirque shows, Elton John was on there too.

I walked from the Stratosphere to the Tropicana/Luxor/Excalibur corner, and yes, it was damn far, but it was a great way to see the entire strip.
