Ok, I know this has been posted before, but I searched and couldn't find anything, so I apologize in advance.
How do I find out when actors contracts are up for current shows? I want to take my mom to see the original cast of Steel Magnolias. How do I find out how much time I have?

Well, they're probably only selling tickets through September or something right now anyway.
Most OBC's are signed for atleast a year...but I'm not so sure SM will last a whole year.

Posted: 4/29/05 at 4:56pmIt's not about good or bad, it's about box office. Lots of great shows have short runs and lots of bad shows run for years. Steel Magnolias' rather weak box office numbers thus far indicate that it probably won't be around long enough to necessitate cast replacements.
