Has anyone seen Lauren perform in Mamma Mia! tour 2? How good of a Donna is she? I am curious to know.

I have heard mixed things.. some love her, some hate her, but the most often used comment I have heard.. "She's no Monique Lund". I did a search looking for info on the new tour 2 cast and a D.C. paper that LOVED the show on it's last visit PANNED the current tour 2 cast

Broadwayguy2 is wrong. First of all, Tour 2 hasn't been to DC. However, they were recently in Baltimore, where the Washington Times gave them a rave! As for who got panned by the unnamed Washington paper...I'll leave that for you to research on your own.

I totally understand the.."she's no Monique Lund" comment..no one could be Monique....that lady has the most azaming version of Winner Takes It All I have ever heard! But I have two friends who have seen Lauren since she took over on Tour 2 and they both liked her. I've heard she's really making the character of Donna her own and getting better as she goes along.

I don't know why I am looking forward to seeing this so much. Probably because I have not been to Cleveland to see a show for a while. Such a fun show...row G center should really be a good place to see it...too bad I was not there the 1st time with Monique, Kristen, Robin, JP Potter, etc.

Monique Lund was absolutely amazing. I'm so mad that she wasn't put on Broadway. How is Dee Hoty? Is she as good as Monique. I wish I could get a recording of the touring cast that I saw.

I saw Lauren Mufson a few months ago. I thought she did a really really good job! The whole tour cast was just as good as the broadway cast! Everyone was really great!

Lauren is GREAT in the part. The tour is in FANTASTIC shape. Still VERY strong. There will never be a Monique Lund, but there will also never be a Dee Hoty, Lauren Mufson or Louise Pitre. All of these woman are AMAZZZZZZZZING in there own way.

however great monique is, she looks to young for the broadway cast. I to though would love to see you her back in the role. Dee is FANTASTIC in the part
