Very impressive production! New staging and background screens make this a whole 'new' experience.

The cast is solid and the ensamble is one of the strongest I've ever seen. What an enthusiastic and talented group of actors! I was fortunate to be invited to the Opening Night Party. The cast is so energized and thrilled to be in Philly and part of this new adventure. Review/interview and photos to come!

Tickets starting at $20 are on sale now and can be purchased by calling 215-731-3333, online at http://kimmelcenter.org/broadway

Saw it 3 times at Papermill, seeing both shows on 1/15 in Philly.

Can't wait. Absolutely wonderful production.

Is this from the future? The performance on the 4th was better than the one on the 15th? What?

"Is this from the future? The performance on the 4th was better than the one on the 15th? What?"

They were implying that the Philly run is from 1/4 thru 1/15.

I am seeing the shows matinee performance tomorrow. I am really looking forward to it.

aasjb, if you're lucky, Ron Sharpe will be on for the matinee tomorrow, since it's a two show day.

What's an "ensamble"?

Photo 16: You say "left" but don't mention the person on the left.
Photo 17: Not all are ensemble members; Chasten Harmon is there too.

I saw the shows matinee today and happened to see Ron Sharpe. I must say the man is beyond brilliant in the role! Just amazing along with the rest of the cast! I will be trying to get back to Philly to see this production once more before it leaves..
I highly recommend this production.

He was! Pm me for...fanciness

Ok: Ron Sharpe was BRILLIANT as Valjean. Such a tortured soul torn between right and wrong. Betsy Morgan performed so beautifully as Fantine and I hope she will receive the star's career she deserves. The sets were so elegant, and barely there. On several occasions, I questioned if I was watching a musical or a Hollywood movie, the projections and actors moved together so seamlessly. F*CKing brilliant production.

It was truly a mystical performance, I've never felt so affected in the theatre until now. Les Misérables will now hold a very near and dear place in my heart as one of my favorite musicals. This was my first time seeing any production of it, and really my first exposure to it other than glee and broadway abridged and I will remember this epic for the rest of my life.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. Ron Sharpe was my first Valjean. Nice man, great performer (He produced Tale of Two Cities, of course).

I haven't been around in Philly these two weeks, but I'm aching to see it. Les Mis is the show I've seen the most and I don't plan on missing it since it's been a few years now!

Thank you Lizzy... I will let our photographer, who took and labled these photo know to make some corrections.

It was a happy crazy place with cast member popping in and out of some photos before we could get all the names. Apologies to any who were not specifically named. We did our best.
