I can't beleive no one has posted this yet--
Last night at Spring Awakening the platform rolled into Lea's foot...or over it...or something. They stopped the show for about 10 minutes and brought the cast offstage. Brought up the house lights for a bit...
Then she came back with her foot bandaged and finished the show. It all happened right before "Whispering" so that kind of lessened the effect of the song. She was a trouper though, and finished the show.
I imagine she'll be out for a few days.

It shows a lot about her that she is able to go on the show even if they had to stop it for a bit. As oppose to having the standby go on and finish the rest of the show.
If I were there it would be more then OK for me to wait to see her go on and finish the show despite the fact that she got hurt as opposed to having the standby go on.

Ironic that there is a video on the homepage starring her understudy.
Best wishes for a fast recovery.

What a shame, considering all the dancing she has to do in the show...oh, wait...

She handled it onstage like a pro as well. You saw her jump a little bit and her foot kind of curled under but she kept on going.
I was very impressed with her performance.
