Charlemagne is in the second act, albeit only to give Pippin his knife back. And the player that was Charlemagne is in the Finale.

Erin Davie is only in the ensemble during Act II of GREY GARDENS, but technically her character is still in Act II so it doesn't count given the question posed by the original poster.
