the first few episodes/eliminations are pre-planned and mapped out.
A very close friend got onto the show and they told her, before they began filming, that she was there for her "looks" and would be gone after the first week.
She also said that the Producers were originally going to have "America" (the viewers) vote on the new Elle Woods but now it will ultimately be up to Jerry Mitchell.
