re: 'Legally Blonde' NY Post Article

"I've often said I think 'Legally Blonde' is treated the way Elle was when she came to Harvard," says Laura Bell Bundy, the pretty-in-pink star who's picking up Reese's pieces.

Reese's pieces. Cute.

"Blonde" is hardly her first show. Long before Laura Bell turned Elle - and the snotty Amber Von Tussle of "Hairspray" and Kristen Chenoweth's stand-in in "Wicked"

re: 'Legally Blonde' NY Post Article

Is this going to be Riedel's Sunday in the Park with George? He (or at least his paper) seems to be pulling for it the same way Frank Rich pulled for Sunday. Mr. Rich, however, made a better choice in what to root for.

re: 'Legally Blonde' NY Post Article

Well hey, with all the negative vibes circling this show, I'm glad there are people rooting for it. Evens the playing field a bit.

And good lord, does LBB ever sleep?! :)

They're selling boas? Who buys a boa at a Broadway show?
I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.

re: 'Legally Blonde' NY Post Article

Wow their really selling just about everything for this show.

EDIT: That was a great article about Laura, by the way.

Grey Gardens should definitely start selling Little Edie fashions. Wouldn't that be funny?

re: 'Legally Blonde' NY Post Article

Oh god, Rotel, if they started selling "The Revolutionary Costume for Today" at the theatre I would buy it. And I'm a guy! re: 'Legally Blonde' NY Post Article

I would buy a boa at a show. And look damn good in it!
Yes, we do need a third vampire musical.--Little Sally, Gypsy of the Year 2005.

Aren't guys the ones buying the boas, purses and pink tees anyway? LOL

re: 'Legally Blonde' NY Post Article

Regarding that second NY Post article:

Why is it that every time an attractive young actress becomes successful some sleazy newspaper has to come out and imply that she's sleeping with one of her co-stars?

re: 'Legally Blonde' NY Post Article

Isn't that really one of the main purposes of sleazy newspapers?
