The oldest Von Trapp daughter Agathe Von Trapp died Tuesday outside Baltimore. She wouldn't want you to be sad- think of whiskers on kittens and brown paper packages tied up with strings.
So long, farewell.....

Overkill you cut me to the quick- Agathe WOULD NOT want a bunch of people feeling sad she passed- she had a long, wonderful life, one that still inspires people all over the world.

Well, I understand that. But it's really just the title of the thread that I felt was a bit disrespectful, not so much the original post. I hate to be "that guy", but it's how it came across to me.

Well, in as much as "Leisl" was a made-up character with almost nothing in common with Agathe, I thought it would be OK. But I can appreciate your sensitivity.

Yeah... When I first saw this thread title I assumed it meant that the actress who played Leisl in the Sound of Music had died, but the overriding thought was "surely it couldn't be, no one would use such a blunt, insensitive title for a thread like that."
