Les Mis Cast Size

I have an audition for a community theatre production of Les Mis coming up. I've been hoping for a chance to do the show for a while now, since I have more of an operatic voice and I love the show. This theatre company is starting to get more popular though, so it looks like there are going to be well over a hundred people auditioning. The shows I've done in the past for this group have had casts of around 30. It's fantastic that there will be so many people auditioning, because it's bound to be a great show, but I'd like to have more of an idea of my chances of getting in.

Basically, what is the average cast size of a community or professional production of Les Mis? What do you think is a reasonable cast size if you were trying to cast as many people as possible without it getting out of hand?
