Les Miserables 3nt question

I have been asking this question on other message boards, but I have not gotten an answer yet. I am hoping a Les Mis expert can answer this, can anyone tell me all of the assoicate directors of the 3rd National tour were, and what years they were associate director? At the very least, I am curious to know if Sutton Foster and Rona Figueroa had the same director on the tour. I know Rona had Ron LaRosa as her director.

I believe Jason Moore was the most recent associate director, and had been doing it since around 1999.

Yes, I know Jason Moore was the last director for the 3nt, though I didn't know he had been with the show that long. At some point, however, I pretty sure he did direct "Avenue Q" on Broadway briefly.
