Les Miz Question

Hey everyone, I'm seeing Les Miz on the 18th and I'm sitting in the front row, and I was wondering if anyone in the cast spits. Thanks in advance!

OMG, Alex is a crazy spitter, it was kind of gross. I felt bad for the conductor because you could see the spray of spit hitting him. Other than him no one really is that noticeable, just the occasional spit. Although, the show I went to Lea Salonga did a real spit wad at Alex.

Hey everyone, I'm seeing Les Miz on the 18th and I'm sitting in the front row, and I was wondering if anyone in the cast spits.

They spray each other a lot (aside from Lea's sometimes really big spit wad -- which is not directed frontward), and sometimes into the front or even second row. I've been several times in A107 and 108, directly behind (in front of?) the conductor, and only felt some spray once, but there is very much more to both sides of dead center.


p.s. I think they spray more at matinees. Which performance are you attending?

pps: My advice -- Look 'em in the eye, but keep your mouth shut.

ppps: And if you do get spit on or into -- keep your mouth shut. We don't need to hear any more about it.
