The show is about 2 hours and 50 mins. If I remember correctly, the first act is closer to 1:30 and the second act is around 1:05ish

What have they cut? As I recollect when I first saw the show at the Broadway Theatre, it clocked in at 3 hours and 15 minutes.
Going over what was cut would take some time.
But the overtime cuts happened in late 2000 and were finalized in spring 2001.
and thank god it was cut. There is no need for that show to have such a long running time.

they cut "One Day More" which doesn't have as much power as it once did. I was a bit disappointed, but then again it's my favorite musical.
...what?
For one, they certainly didn't cut One Day More. And for two...you can't cut something and then say it doesn't have as much power as it did if it wasn't there.
Act One is about 1:28, Act Two is about 1:07. But I usually see the audience pour out right at the 3-hour mark so...
I may be mistaken but I didn't think the cuts in the revival were the same cuts they made a few years ago. They didn't actually seem to cut songs or snippets of music as they did in the concert version, they seemed to just cut verses or lines within the songs. And a word of advice to anyone seeing Les Miz, get there on time...stage management and house management have to be real serious about starting promptly to get the cast and crew out by the 3 hour mark.
Official running time is 2:55, I believe.

You're totally right. And they actually put back some of the stuff that was cut.
