Posted: 7/6/04 at 8:16ami am immensely saddened by that article. what a sorry state we're in when a critically heralded play has a meager $9,000.00 advance, yet people are paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to see slop like Bombay Dreams uptown...i fear for this community.

Yes. I went twice and told all my friends about it.
I am very sad. I wanted to interview Kramer! Someday I hope!

Posted: 7/6/04 at 11:11amYou can't interview Mr. Kramer UNLESS he has a show currently running? Try expanding your horizons, Corine2

If Mr Kramer granted me an interview, I would be there.
I went to a Pride event just so I could meet him.
I was one of the only straight people there. You don't have to preach to me Jack.

"I went to a Pride event just so I could meet him."
- try contacting his representation instead of this stalking-like behavior. It will be far more productive I think.
"I was one of the only straight people there. You don't have to preach to me Jack"
- Where was my preaching, Corine2. And what glory is it to be one of the only straight people there? That has nothing to do with my comment.
Corine2, my point, since I obviously has to repeat it, is that if you want to interview Mr. Kramer, it shouldn't matter if his show is open or just closed.

I spoke with Carol about it. Going to hear someone speak is considered stalking?
That is a new one to me. I wanted to hear him speak. After seeing his show I was really impressed with him.
I got the nerve and went up to him.
I tell you he is very much like the character in his play.
He is funny, edgy and scary.(Even in jean overalls. I really like him though, he is like a bull dog and i bet he is really sweet underneath the bull dog bark)
