I know that it varies depending on ticket prices and the size of the theater, but has anyone licensed "The Rocky Horror Show"? If so, would you please let me know what the fee was? I'm just aiming for a ballpark figure. Thanks!

The "ballpark" fee for Rocky Horror is the same as the ballpark fee for any other musical.
The show is licenced through Samuel French. Whe don't you just apply for the rights?
In my 35 years of professional theatre producing experience, I've found that there is very little difference from show to show from one particular company. Samuel French has always charged us roughly the same royalties for any musical of theirs we have done.
In the same boat as Jon. If you'd like to know a price, you apply for a license request. After the proper documentation has been completed and submitted, you can then find out how much it will cost you.
There's a reason they don't just post prices or estimates - you have to do some of the 'leg work', my friend. If the cost is too high when you receive the contract? Tear it up and notify your Rep. That's that.
