"Life After Tomorrow" Annie Bootleg clips

I watched "Life After Tomorrow" today and noticed they used what called "Home Movies" but we know what they are BOOTLEGS. Can someone actually verify they are bootlegs for me?

Well, they probably were home movies taken by a parent of a cast member, but yeah, technically it's bootleg footage.
