Just wondered if anyone had caught Beautiful Soup's production of the Craig Adams/Ian Watson musical LIFT that premiered at the Soho Theatre in London at the start of the year?

Keen to know how this translated outside of the UK, though I'm sure if it was anywhere near as good as the original the writing and themes are pretty universal and beautifully placed for an audience on any continent.

i am an unapologetic fan of the piece and went from buying a ticket on a Lastmiunute.com whim to cramming in two more trips before the end of the limited run. I hope the US cast had some talent that came close to Julie Atherton and Cythia Erivo's killer performances and that a few of you managed to catch it this time around.
