I've always wondered what happens if the actors are late.

I know the stage doors tend to have memos on them about performance times and whatnot.

Yes, when there are schedule changes there are postings everywhere and stage management makes all kinds of reminder announcements. Guess she just flaked!

Funny--

when I saw this off B'way at Second Stage, I vividly remember bumping into Ms. White on her way into the theater fifteen minutes before showtime.

The woman sounds like a real gem.
