I live in Dallas, but I'm still debating on whether or not to see it...I have two excellent orchestra tickets, but I'm not a LSOH fan, so I might give them to someone as a gift
BUT...the 'Big River' touring production is INCREDIBLE!!

i can't wait for it to tour in Louisville, but i'm still unclear on the dates. On the Louisville Broadway Series site it says Feb, but on the broadway across america site it says July 2005...so i'm confused...i guess i'll know when it gets closer to the time...and i hope that Anthony Stays the entire run...cuz that's the only reason I'm gonna go...as Anthony is my fave broadway performer and actor in general, I just adore him.

I looked up where the tour came around here (NJ area) and the closest place its playing here is Philly or Baltimore.
Anyone know of a closer one?
Though scattered and divided we are still its heart...AIDA SEPTEMBER 5th, 2004...one more longing backward glance...

I never hear of tours coming across Alaska and Hawaii. Do they even have theaters?

well alaska would require flying the cast there...not to mention all the sets and such (i read the tour rider for millie its something like 54 tractor trailors full of stuff)

Posted: 7/25/04 at 12:42amYes, we do have...um...theater-singular. Actually, we have more, but musical tours are usually performed at the Blaisdell concert hall. Living in Hawaii, I have been able to see the tours of Miss Saigon, Fame (with Gavin Creel, yay!) and Chicago. Rent came as well, but I didn't get the chance to see it.
