www.abebooks.com and follow the 'advanced search' instructions. Look for a hardbound edition first and then for all editions. Put in Ashman for author and the title and hardbound. You never know what they will find and you're never sure of the price. It could be $10 or $50 or $500.
There was a hardbound edition published by the Fireside Theatre which morphed into Stage and Screen Book Club that is out there. I've got one. It turns up at the Strand Bookstore now and then, and the Strand prices all their scripts usually for $7-8. I am not certain who the publisher of record is however.
