I don't know Little Women at all but he was an AMAZING Bobby Strong. Good for him.

ClumsyDude- Maureen McGovern will be going ont he tour as Marmee, and Robert Stattel will be Mr. Laurence. Those are the only two from the Broadway production.

I thought I heard that Andrew Varela (an understudy) would also be in it. As Professor Bhaer (sp?). Technically, is he original cast?

I don't really like his voice. But I guess it fits the show, right? I've never seen the show.

I agree, his voice is very different to me. The tour cast should be interesting.

Oh Yes! As much as I love Danny Gurwin; Stephen has a fantastic voice. Saw him as Marius.

Stephen Patterson was an excellent Marius, and Varela was an AMAZING Valjean. I am not familiar with the roles in this show, but at least they have talented people in them.

I don't know what he did during Empty Chairs at Empty Tables but it sounded different than I have ever heard it done before.

i read an article on playbill.com i think saying all the 3 of the daughters would remain the same as the bway cast

I can't believe they are waiting this long to decide the jo. Or at least officially announce her. I would like to predict a long running tour for Little Women. 2-3 years. If they can finally figure out how to market the damn show. Cause the people that tried to market it on the broadway, were clueless.

Stephen is a great performer. I saw him in Urinetown as well as I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change back in April. I have his CD as well and I think he has a great voice. I know Steve as well as him wife and they are wonderful people. Hope I can see the tour at some point. I'm sure he will be great.
