A bit unhappy since they just moved the preview opening from Dec 2, to Dec 7 (got a call from Telecharge), messing up my Dec 2 plans with great seats. So I decide to use the offer they sent in the mail for $65 tickets, and the only equivalent seats I can find online are during Christmas week. The website says tickets for that day not available online, and I have to call telecharge. I call telecharge and they tell me that the producers decided to revoke the discount during christmas week (doesn't say that at all on the mailing I received - false advertising?). Talked to a telecharge manager and she says nothing they can do. So now I'm stuck with worse seats since they delay opening the show and go and revoke the discount during the week I can find decent tickets! Oh well, just venting some frustration.
