Little Women Tour?

Do you think they will sign on Sutton? I hope so because I only got to see the show once and am too busy this weekend to go in and see it again before the show shutters.

Oh I hope so! I had tickets for June and haven't seen the show. I'm really disapointed that I won't get to see it.

It would be amazing if they did. But, I highly doubt it.

re: Little Women Tour?

My guess is that many of the cast members will sign on for the tour. Had the show run longer, most likely they would all have elected to stay on Broadway. The early cancellation means they have two choices, look for something new in New York (not so easy) or see the U.S. (by signing on for the tour). That being said, Miss Foster is probably the only cast member assured of another lead on Broadway, so while I wish she would tour, and think it also might be a good career move (let the people outside New York know who she is, the way B'way leading ladies used to), I doubt she'll do it.

Well they got Maureen McGovern, didn't they? If the cast had fun together on Broadway, my guess is that some of them will definitely go on tour.

I did not get a chance to see this show on Broadway, but have my tickets for the tour. Will this show be downsized at all for the tour? My guess would be they would try to use as much of the Broadway production's set and costumes as they could.

re: Little Women Tour?

There isn't much to downsize. Already has a small cast and not much of a set.

I only got to see the show once, and I'm sad it's closing.

Hm, I think they would downsize the set...the huge moving bridge travelator probably would be pretty expensive to drag around the country...as well as some of the other larger peices.
