Liza Comes to Philadelphia

Hey, gang. I just learned that Liza Minelli will be performing a one night only benefit for the Prince Music Theatre in Philadelphia. The date is May 15, a tuesday night. Being that this is a benefit, the tickets are pretty pricey. I just learned that right now they are being sold at $1500 for two, or $750 each. My source told me that there will be a limited number of tickets sold for $500 as well. But that is all I know so far. ?This will be her first time in Philly since 1989, so it is sure to be an event.

Apparently, she is working on a new tv show about her Godmother, Kay Thompson, and will be performing new works from that project, as well as everyone's Minelli favorites. Here is the site for a little more info....
