really quick question. I have a recording of Best Foot Forward with Liza Minnelli in my ITunes and I'm trying to figure out what it was from. Was it a studio cast recording?

Yes. of an Off Broadway production. It was her New York debut.

There was a video clip of her doing "Just a Little Joint with a Jukebox" on the late, lamented BlueGobo.com
