That link doesn't work -- but I'm assuming you are talking about Priscilla Lopez and Anita (?) Gillette? That's exciting! I'd like to get the link working so I can read the full story. Hooray for the Signature Theatre and Paula Vogel -- I really can't express how much I loved 'The Baltimore Waltz'

i kind of thought that -- i think i read "The Oldest Profession" as "Hot 'n' Throbbing" -- which will be happening quite soon at the Signature.

Yeah, this story is from August. Gillette had a death in her family and had to drop out and Lopez stepped in to replace her at the last minute. Lopez was quite good, if a bit miscast in the show (while she's in her mid-50s, she's still in such amazing "dancer" shape that she looked young enough to be the daughter of the other actresses on the stage, though she was supposed to be one of their contemporaries).
