Thanks, I'll check it out. Lorene loved working on "Charity" with Bob Fosse...she would mention it occasionally. She also worked on the film of "Bye Bye Birdie"

She also played "Dot Matrix" in Mel Brooks' SPACEBALLS. Well actually, she was just the "physical" pert of the charater. Joan Rivers was the voice.

In other words, she basically got hired to do "the robot" dance for an entire movie!

I was with Lorene the day she was cast in "Spaceballs"...Mel Brooks loved her work. We went and took ballet class and I remember how excited she was....she was getting so many offers right after their show was on CBS. Lorene did the entire role, voice and all. At the last minute, they decided to have Joan Rivers dub to add another big name to the cast.
