I wanted to meet Mitzi Gaynor as well, but couldn't make it either. I just saw her "Mitzi Zings Into Spring" special for the first time and was enchanted. That woman was a ball of energy bouncing around. I loved the opening shot with her on a tractor in the field, but the highlight had to be the Yankee Doodle Dandy number with all the chorus boys shouting "Keep It Up Yankee!" as they pranced around the stage.
I hope she brings her one woman show to New York.
Marie: Don't be in such a hurry about that pretty little chippy in Frisco.
