Just wanted to let people know about Stage Door Records' new 'Lost Broadway' album series. Following on from our 'Lost West End' albums, the 'Lost Broadway' series will focus on celebrating Broadway's forgotten and obscure musicals. Each album will be dedicated to specific years in Broadway history, launching with 'Lost Broadway 1961' on May 31st. The album comprises of a 2CD set with Disc 1 featuring 'Original Broadway Cast Recordings' and Disc 2 made up of 'Covers And Other Rarities' (including over 20 tracks never before on CD). The album features songs from '13 Daughters', 'The Conquering Hero', 'Donnybrook!', 'Kwamina', 'Kean', 'The Gay Life', 'Subways Are For Sleeping', 'The Happiest Girl In The World' and more.
