Lottery Questions

i have a few questions about lotterys. say if i was going to lottery hairspray, do i give them my name to enter and $25, and if i lose i just lost $25, or do i olny pay if i win

and what are very easy lottery wins

You only pay if you win. The easiest are Hairspray and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. But I've tried Hairspray 4 times this year during the week and never won. And I won DRS on my first try the night before Norbert left. So it's all simply just luck.

There are great places to stay and there are cheap places to stay. Never are they one and the same.
