Lottery Timing Questions

Good morning! This site has been invaluable to me in helping me understand a lot about how to find cheap tickets, so thanks! I have two questions about current lotteries:

1. Phantom of the Opera: for the life of me I can't get it to ever tell me there is a show available. Every time I go it says "We're sorry, there are no available lotteries at this time. Please check back soon!" I was under the impression that it was either midnight-9:00am or 7:00am-9:00am. Either would be fine, but neither is working for me. I've never once seen it tell me that there was something available, despite checking multiple days of the week and times of day. Help! (link below)

2. Wicked: I'm pretty sure that for a while I was applying on weekdays, but this week it said that there was nothing available until Saturday. Did something change so that it's only the weekend performances now or something? Is that temporary?

This is the list of what I apply to everyday with what I think are the correct times. I don't have any official apps (though I have the Ham app, which helped me with the only lottery I ever won) and I'm not sure whether or not it's worth using them, so for now I just stick to the websites.

FWIW - from what I can tell - Phantom seems to have stopped offering lottery tickets.  I don't believe there has been a lottery drawing available for weeks.
