There is something I don't understand about the lotto system at certain shows.
For a show like WICKED, since it sells out every night I can see why give give out a select few tickets every night.
But, I tried the [title of show] lotto a few times, and there were always a BIG group of people that didn't get seats, and I know that [tos] was selling at about 50% so why didn't they sell as many tickets as they could cheap to the people who clearly wanted them, They would be making more money and more people could see the show wanted to.
Any lottery I've done for shows that weren't selling well, they offered leftover seats at a heavy discount to the losers. Maybe not the same price as the lottery seats, but really good.
RENT would lottery standing room after the regular lottery block or offer its losers half-price seats in the house.
Balcony seats at [tos] were regularly the same price as lottery, so I know a lot of people bought those after losing.
