It's been confirmed that the Australian production of LOVE NEVER DIES will be filmed for International release!

Yeah, Andrew Lloyd Webber confirmed that a few weeks ago. Playbill.com announced it then, but this does tell us specifically when it will be filmed.

Was just wondering, what region are Aussie DVDs done in? 1, 2 or 3?

Im sure they will have it in region 1, but was just wondering.

If it's an international release, I'm sure they'll do a PAL conversion to NTSC for the U.S.

As far as Regional Codes, Region 4 is Australia, since you asked.

For HD, there is no NTSC or PAL, it's all the same, so no video conversion is necessary. And there are only 3 regions total for coding. Australia is Region B. U.S. is Region A.

(Region A is shared by North, Central, and South America, plus a large portion of the Asian market, which is why you can by Japanese Blu-ray Discs and they will play just fine on your American BD players.)

cool, i remember way back in the day when cats and les mis 10th were only available to me on PAL VHS, it cost me a fortune here to get them converted.
