Does anyone else have issues with checking their results on the lucky seat website? It shows "pending" for every single show. It doesn't display any of my wins or losses. I've been relying on my email for the last few years, but it would be great if I could use this function. I assume if I downloaded the app, this would solve the problem? Thx.

Ocassionaly. It usually comes out 1-2 hours after they say it’ll come out. A couple weeks ago I never got my results for BOM, but whatever. That was one show.

Mine say "pending" going back for months. and if i click on the menu for "wins" or "losses" nothing shows up. It has always been like this... Do you use the app or mobile site?

This seems to be an ongoing problem. 5 of us entered a lottery through them last week and never got a notification one way or the other and the status is still pending. But then I (not sure about anyone else) got an email the next day telling me I won for that next night's show...which I never even entered (and was out of town for). Frustrating!

I won a couple of weeks ago to Wicked tour. I was curious, so I checked the results page. It stated I lost.
