Lunt-Fontanne Sightlines

How are the sightlines in the theatre now that Addams Family is there? Specifically the first, second and third row center (there are options in those areas).

I remember sitting in the front row for Little Mermaid, and it was way too close (I couldn't see anything below the actors' ankles). Does sitting in the third row actually make a slight difference?
