having watched the "shooting" several times i have noticed a couple of things.

1. Mindy looked and sounded drunk when the guys got to the theater by way of egg timer.
B. Mindy is clearly shaking a bottle of champagne {5:28}
3. Broadway's Cheyenne Jackson clearly makes a gun pointing gesture at Larry {7:58}

I think that she was drunk and the "gun sound" is the bottles of champagne with their corks popping. the flashes are from a camera that some paparazzi who sneaked into the back stage area to get scandalous photos of a drunk Mindy.

But there was only other bottle of Champagne. There are 3 "Gun shots". That is interesting about Cheyenne. I'll add it to the list.

I think it was Cheyenne because at the Christmas party Mindy was yelling at him to get out.

Mindy told Cheyenne that ANYTIME she saw him. We must remember, Mindy was drunk. Who knows why she said "Get out a here..." We also must remember Cheyenne had been pissed off by Hunter as well.

Wait! Where were Courtney & Benjamin? We have more suspects. Perhaps they did the crime in collaboration WITH Cheyenne. They could get the cops to believe that it was Hunter or Jeff & Heidi or Susan. With them gone Courtney & Benjamin will get more stage time. Perhaps Larry is involved with the mysterious envelope. He could be pissed that he never got more to say on

To be fair, Mindy WAS rather rude to Broadway's Cheyenne Jackson when Jeff kicked him out at Christmas...

I agree with NDG2225. That white envelope is mysterious. Perhaps Larry organized the whole event and Cheyenne carried it out. That Larry has the look of a mastermind.

Ditto on adoring this thread. When I first saw the subject, I just about fell off my chair--then when I opened it up and saw how hilariously it was executed, I laughed out loud and started texting people to check it out. It's cramazing.

I would be kind of upset if it ends up being Jackson. Reason is is that I would think that the title of show crew would be able to come up with a better ending then the most obvious one. A lot of people are going to jump up and say that it was him just because of the ongoing fight between him and Mindy.

The mastermind is totes Larry. From there he recruited Courtney & Benjamin to help lay out the plan. Cheyenne was brought in as the role of the hit man. Max was supplying Mindy with booze because she found out the plan. No one believes a ranting drunk. Now for motives: Larry is angry that he didn't get many lines on t[tos]s. Courtney & Benjamin want to play their roles full time. Max provided booze because Cheyenne promised him Sonny on the Xanadu tour. Cheyenne has his vendetta against Mindy. Now they are going to blame the [tos] cast so that the standbys become princble, Larry gets to star as Jeff replacing the real Jeff, & Susan stays in the show because she scares people. There you go peeps the entire crime played out.

I am beginning to feel it was masterminded by the two.
