Posted: 2/23/07 at 11:58pmThe music sounds lovely...hopefully I'll be able to hear it live where the sound quality is better than an internet video.

Diane: Aww, you are such a chick flick. I would totally pay $12 to see you. (Kristin Chenoweth on "Ugly Betty") http://musicalangel12.blogspot.com <-- my blog. Give it a read, please.

A Day Beyond Belclare sounds like crap on the video, but it's great...it's a HUGE wall of sound. Love it.

While watching that video I kept thinking, "Hadley Fraser would make one heck of a Marius!" ... And then I remembered it already happened. Oh, well. I just scored a really sweet ticket to the March 7 show and I'm very excited.
ETA: Can anyone who saw the Chicago production tell me how loud the show is in relation to Les Mis? My seats are second row and I just want to know what to expect.

Did anyone else notice the introduction to the Stage Notes video?
"As last week’s video feature of the company of The Pirate Queen in rehearsals was the MOST POPULAR piece of content on the site, I have a little surprise for fans of the show. Click above for some bonus performance footage from the press rehearsal. Enjoy!"
Hooray for The PQ being the most popular content on the site! And Hooray for Broadway.com for noticing and giving us more video of the rehearsal! I LOVE Stephanie's new song. Boy does she sound amazing.
With the new Broadway Beat, Broadway.com's latest videos, and the revamped Pirate Queen website I'd say The Pirate Queen is doing quite well for itself!
