Broadwayworld posted a video of Mandy and Robin says something like "you're going to be the first tony nomintaed stand by"..and then Mandy gives him a push......Maybe she is going to be Elphaba stand by....Hope not

^ Doubt it. I'm sure Robin and Mandy were just playing with each other becuase they're both leaving the show? And why would she go from lead to stand-by?

He said "you wanna be the first actress to have, like, a Tony Award nominated standby?" while motioning to himself. I thought it was a joke, as in he wants to be her standby.

DeJesus is clearly referring to himself. Plus, Mandy does not have a Tony Award nomination, so what you're saying wouldn't even make sense.
