I am not suggesting that I long for it personally but i reckon that many egos must have been hurt during the last years when so many famous groups songs have turned into jukebox flops.
How about a new musical based on the beach boys music (just as an example of a recent flop)? But with a manuscript worthy of the pulitzer prize of course. Although getting rid of the flop image and building up a reputation within the musical sphere might not be cheap. Perhaps Mamma Mia 2 is more likely or a combination of different groups songs?
