On my annual trip back to NYC to catch some Broadway shows, I was glad I chose "Every Brilliant Thing" starring Maritzka Hargitay as one of the 3 shows I squeezed into my 3 day trip.  I've never seen a performer give such a high-energy performance.  She made an amazing Broadway debut in this show. After her performance on Wednesday 6/17, she spent over 30 minutes signing at backstage door for every single person who had congregated and it was one of the largest backstage door  gatherings I had ever seen.

I also finally got to see Oh Mary and Maya Rudolph also did not disappoint!  

The third show I saw was The Lost Boys and was really impressed with all of the performers in the cast as well as the music.  Glad there is a new musical on Broadway for the younger generation.
