Marty Thomas at Duplex

Hi everyone, I'm new to this messageboard but have been reading comments for a while and decided to register! Did anyone catch the Show at XL on Monday night with XL star Alysha Umphress. I saw Marty Thomas perform for the first time, he's incredible! I got a flyer about his Feb. 13th show at the Duplex, is anyone else going? He seemed sooo nice!! Does anyone know anything about him?

Marty is a complete sweetheart. He is in the ensemble for Wicked. He is also billed as a Boq understudy, although I have never heard of him going on in the role.

He seemed like such a nice guy, and so talented. Does he do shows often, besides Wicked I mean? I'd love to see him perform solo again before next month.

Marty's amazing.... and he IS the nicest of guys, and one of the hardest working. Did you know that he played Colin in the Broadway production of THE SECRET GARDEN and was a junior Star Seach champion, beating out a then unknown Britney Spears?

I can't wait for this night...

He does tons of benefits (like Standing Ovations). He also has his own show at a club on Mondays.

I fell in love with him the second I saw him perform "Tire Tracks and Broken Hearts".
