The Disney/Cameron Mackintosh musical opened at the Prince Edward Dec. 15, 2004.

I wonder how long would the Broadway production run? 3 yrs too.. perhaps? 4 or 5? looks like Disney is losing its magic? huh?

Posted: 1/12/08 at 12:26pmThe European tour opens in July and is scheduled to run for 3 years! The London production made a lot of money in a big theatre over 3 years and is going out on a high.

I actually thought that Mary Poppins was a good show - very well put together. I like the show when I saw it last year. I thought it was better then HIGH FIDELITY, PIRATE QUEEN & even LEGALLY BLONDE..
It was a descent show...over all...
