"The Producers star Matthew Broderick will headline the upcoming Roundabout Theatre Company staging of Larry Shue's The Foreigner, according to AP reports.
The production is set to begin at the Laura Pels Theatre Oct. 15 and will opens Nov. 7. Scott Schwartz (Golda's Balcony) directs."

It was in The Baltimore Sun today (of all places...). I hope I can get a chance to see it - sounds intriguing!

Wasn't he supposed to star in the film version of this which never ended up getting made?
Personally it sounds like type casting to me. All he seems to play now are nerds who blossom.
