Max von Essen - what's next for him?

Loved Max von Essen in LES MIZ & MAME last year at The Kennedy Center. Any new shows for him coming up?

He'll be at Joe's Pub in Manhattan on Sunday, April 6th, along with other Broadway performers.

I'm going to try and see the show. My friend and I are seeing "Mamma Mia" that Sunday night. The show at Joe's Pub starts at 9:30pm, and it will be tight getting there in time after "Mamma Mia" is over. Not sure when he'll be up onstage singing. Hopefully, not one of the first so I don't miss him.

I agree with Eugloven. When I saw The Little Mermaid I thought he would make a fantastic replacement for Sean Palmer. Plus, his Enjolras was a major disappointment in Les Mis so maybe he'd do some good with Eric.

Or maybe if JERRY SPRINGER comes to Broadway, he could be in that.

I think Max would also be a great addition to NAKED BOYS SINGING!

he is playing Tony in West Side at PCLO (with fellow les mis alumn Ali Ewoldt as Maria) and then something in DC in the fall.

Max was wonderful in "Les Miz." An amazing voice, a commanding stage presence and a wonderful actor.
